Music

Music at Elim seeks to be Christ centered and authentic — capturing the beauty of Christian truth and experience. Through music at Elim, we hope to be drawn deeper into thought, prayer, and nearness to our God.

  • In order to serve a diverse range of ages and musical backgrounds of the congregation the worship teams at Elim blend elements of contemporary, gospel, and traditional Christian music. Styles on Sunday may range from Americana/folk, modern rock, as well as more traditional organ and the occasional brass or wind arrangement.
  • The Elim Project is a recording and song-writing project at Elim. Past projects have intertwined ancient and modern texts and melodies.  Two albums of original music have been produced. 2007 and 2017 recordings entitled The Elim Project I and II.
  • Elim Bells of Praise is Elim’s handbell choir. Elim uses handbells in variety of musical styles; including traditional hymns, contemporary praise songs and classic handbell music.
