Psalm 122:1
The Sunday morning worship service at Elim is both celebrative and reflective. It engages the mind and warms the heart. We hear from God's word and we hear our own stories of God working in our lives. It includes ancient song texts and melodies along with modern ones. It brings us before God as individuals while reminding of us of our common bond as believers. It reveals our profound need to seek and follow the Lord Jesus and also to enjoy his deep, sacrificial love for us. MusicThe Elim Project is the worship band of Elim Church. They have been together for more than a decade and use a diverse range of musical styles and instruments. They recently released their first album of original music and continue to write and arrange to meet the needs of our congregation. Elim Bells of Praise (or EBOP) is our hand bell choir. They arrange and perform music several times each year, especially around the holidays. Our ensemble of choral singers performs traditional sacred music several times each year as well. Childcare
A drama performed by Kevin Whitby during the children's sermon.
Childcare for infants through age 3 is provided during the entire worship service. Children 4 years through 5th grade sit with their parents during the opening of the worship service. Following the Children's Corner they will be escorted downstairs by their teachers for their own instructional and worship time and can be picked up following the service at 11:30.
